Shared with you Quaid-e-Azam’s Will.
After analysing Third and Fourth points you can infer that all Jinnah’s assets belong to Fatimah Jinnah and intelligibly after her death her all estates includingJinnah House”which is situated at Mount Pleasant Road, Malabar Hill, Bombay are the legal possessions of Government of Pakistan.

So ultimately this Will calls off all claims of Dina Waida that Jinnah House is the property of  Wadia family.
The Government of India has told the Bombay High Court that it has gained “total legal ownership” of the historic Jinnah House in Mumbai that was once owned by founder of Pakistan Mohammed Ali Jinnah. From where this come from as we all know that Indians are master in deception they don’t even pay respect to Jinnah’s Regiment,Pakistanis.
They hate Pakistan which Jinnah had dreamt about so how can a common Pakistani let this legal property of Government of Pakistan to Indians, this is ironny we have to claimed on our legitimate and justified ownership. We can’t allow Indian Government to build their holiday destination at our historical and consequential “Jinnah House”.

why is that India always prove to be a dishonest party…….why did they lack generousity, every time it comes to Pakistan… their hatred is just because of their faliure….. no gracefull nation can show such signs of hatred. Who will tell them to be CIVILIZED, as progress does not mean to make money only…… i think its in the blood of this soil to be at war.. as history proves it….. tell them to learn the ethics of a peacefull nation

I love Quaid-e-Azam from the core of my heart and it pains so much to see that Pakistani govt. has failed in recovering their legitimate right over the JInnah House.

how can anyone call Mr. Jinnah a true muslim after reading his will keeping the fact in mind that interest is prohabitted in islam and on certain occasions has been called the fire of hell or matched to eating ones true blooded brothers flesh…. and according to islam a will is illegal as well
